Kullarri Regional communities Indigenous Corporation (KRCIC) administers and delivers a range of programmes and services that are designed to support individuals and communities across the Kullarri Region. The timeline below illustrates how these programmes and services are integrated to provide support and assistance to people of all ages and stages of their personal and career development.
Remote Community Engagement
KRCIC delivers programs both directly and in collaboration with other service providers using a ‘place based support’ model. Using local people who are on the ground, events and activities for every age group that are culturally safe and appropriate are aimed at having a ‘whole of family effect’.
Participants are supported meet their welfare payment mutual obligation requirements through attendance in structured community work programs and training courses.
Case Managers work directly with participants to build their capacity so they can achieve their personal and professional aspirations and goals.
KRCIC programs and services that support the development of business enterprises. Individual support in business planning and set-up including brokering access to other support services. KRCIC can support existing businesses by providing bookkeeping and administrative services and workforce development through labour hire. KRCIC’s business development initiatives aim to build capacity of individuals and enterprises to attain business sustainability.
